I can not find any V neck colored Tee Shirts anywhere. Does anyone know where they are available?
I am even considering dyeing white undershirts and I need tips on getting a consistent color without streaks if I can't locate them.

Try Wal-mart. I know for sure they have mens white v-neck tee's. To dye and get the best even coloring ,I suggest dyeing them in a washing machine not on top the stove. In the washer there is more room for the shorts to spread and absorb evenly. :)

And the dye will not ruin the washing machine? plus how long does it take?

I think you are gonna have to dye...
I've never remembered seeing any colored V-neck shirts. Colored crew necks.. yeah, V necks... nope.

yes-dye will ruin a washing machine..so if you're going to dye stuff, do a big batch at the laundromat where they clean the machines with industrial cleaner (or are supposed to, twice a week) follow the directions on the bottle. I found that bottle dye (RIT) works better because it saturates the water better and faster..the only time I use boxed dye is to use color remover..
make sure the garment is WASHED prior to dying and don't use fabric softener of any kind beforehand.
Once it's dyed. a good soak in cold salt water will seal it nicely and it shouldn't fade when you put it in the washer and dryer after that.
Good luck. My question is why do you want v-neck shirts..they are hideous!

Well, I don't think that it's a good idea to ruin a laundromat's washer. Plus who knows who will be using the washer right after I use it.
I prefer V necks. I can't stand that tight feeling with regular shirts. And they look dumb.

Not so if you have the right bodytype (shoulders) for them. I look much better in a v-neck than a round-neck shirt. My wife prefers them on me too.
Believe it or not, I'm wearing a black v-neck shirt right now. :)

I bought a gray v-neck at Wal-Mart a couple months ago. They had a plethora of colors available.

Bought multiple primary color V-Neck Tees for Dad at the local Wal-Mart. He'll only wear V-necks. Says the crew necks strangle him.
At least they're better than those nasty wife beater undershirts. :boxing:

If you grow it long enough, you can show it off without the v-neck.

You wont ruin their washers..if you run a hot cycle on an empty washer when your'e done (with tide) there will not be a problem for the next person.

hell no, especially since if a woman's dressing you up, that means you're already undressed. :D
