I can count seven times in my past that I went on a serious enough diet and exercise routine to lose anywhere from 30 to 50 lbs. Each time I got to this point I felt much better physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Even though I was still overweight, my motivation dissipated because of the relative improvement from when I started. Each time I blew my diet and exercise routine and a year later or so, had gained it all back plus 10 lbs. We all have our demons to one degree or another and this is a major one of mine.

I wonder if this trip will be the same story. A 1-time trek across the country doesn't seem like a long-term weight loss plan.

i really think he's a great looking guy with a great personality... and now i just found out he poses as a gay man to get the chicks to notice him in public.

Wow...that's a long trip. Not only would I be worried about how bad his ass would hurt...but also his legs. If he isn't really in shape...it will take hime a lot longer than that to get to Florida.

As long as he tries...that will at least be an accomplishment.
