Since the arm *incident* I haven't really had a chance to cook much (in large amounts)...with the holidays coming, and surgery on the spine being unavoidable, I've decided to post my "holiday menu" for all you groovy boys and girls early..because today was the kind of day I'd usually be making pies, and It's depressing as hell not to be able to do it..so If I had to make a meal for you guys (the Italian way-this would be it...enjoy)

Aperitivi
(Dry Martinis, Gin and Tonic, Bloody Mary's, Red Wine)
Panes
Peasant bread served with olive oil,basil and course salt (for dipping)
Whole Wheat Rolls
Garlic Knots
Primi Piatti (Antipasto)
Salami, Mortadella, Bracciole,Pancetta,(all thin sliced)~
Roasted Red Peppers, Varied Olives and Romano Cheese(thin sliced)~ Bruschetta with sun dried
tomatoes,olives, capers, and slivered Proscuitto all sauteed in
Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Ensalada
Fresh Mozzerella (Buffalo), tomato, and Basil, with a light Olive drizzle.
