Ok, so maybe the world always spins, but usually I am not feeling like the world is spinning.

My doctor has once again put me onto another wonderful medicine which has some possible side-effects. I was told that I would get dizzy. Yep, definitely have that one. I was told that although it was rare, it was possible for my body to start exfoliating itself...as in my skin just sluffing off.

Lovely. Sometimes I really wonder who decides what side effects are worth-while.

no, sometimes meds are not worth the side effects, but the side effects sometimes lessen as your body gets used to the med.

that said, get off that crap if you can.

Reminds me of when I was put on Accutane three separate times and my lips would start peeling off, layer by layer. It was well worth it in the end in my case, though. I hope they can get you something that works out better for you.

Umm, lips peeling off layer by layer? That's pretty gnarly.

Allot of people have bad side effects from taking vicoden, I've allways felt that Norco seems to be alot better on my body, it has tylenol instead of 500mg of motrin, if you take 3 vicodens a day thats 1500mg of motrin, that can have some unwanted side effects that has made me feel miserable. norco is a bit stronger but ive had allot less side effects from it. you may want to ask your doctor about norco if taking vicoden bothers your stomach makes you feel sick etc. There are allot of alternatives to vicoden, Doctors like to prescribe it cuase its cheap.

I found that Vicoden doesn't stop one whit of pain. It just makes you more apathetic about it. That was my experience anyway. Regular Tylenol works better at pain relief for me.
