We're looking to spend $100-$150 or so. We want to be able to connect the Cox DVRs we have & the tv to it and capture stuff. Someone suggested these, but what do you all think about them and do you have any different suggestions?
PCTV 100E Video Capture / Playback Device (http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=320316&pfp=BROWSE)
and
DVC150 Dazzle Digital Video Creator 150 (http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=306786&pfp=BROWSE)

I've never messed with one of these devices before, but by looking at the specs, the PCTV 100E Video Capture / Playback Device has more features. However you need a USB2 port to run it.

Funny you posted this, as I was just about to post the same question (good thing I looked at the topics first).
In my case, it's so my dad can hook up a VCR or camcorder to his computer. Something with an external breakout box would be ideal. My budget is around $200 US or so.
