It's Foster City. They send 2 cars when a kid kicks over a garbage can (seriously). Don;t get me wrong, I love the city though.

I love photography . . . in photography, your eye is always paying close attention to the light . . . and that area is pretty much the brightest in the photo . . . and . . . well, kind of stuck out (literally) ;)

Just needs to be cropped . . . and probably a lil photo-chopping would help . . . but crop out the other bright area of the photo . . . and it becomes a lot more visible to the initial glance . . .
