He was having fun playing with his ball in the water. He would push it from one end of the pond to the other and then try to bite it. His mouth would open wide and he could almost get the ball in.

Looks like the San Diego Zoo.

This is one of my favorite Zoo stops. It's always shaded and cool there and often they are playing.
