New to dvd burning...I was able to make a data disk on my burner...that has alot of music on it...and I am trying to get it to recognize in my dvd player...but i am getting a disk error...is there a way to fix this?

Is it a standalone DVD player you're trying to get it to work in?

Most DVD players that I've run across that support MP3 discs will only read them off of CD-R or RW's and not off of DVDs. Lame, I know.

I don't know of any way to make it so it will read MP3's off of DVD+/-r's so you may have to just make a bunch of MP3 CD-r's instead.

Can your DVD player play MP3s? Some can't- especially older ones.
