From that picture it looks like it would be difficult to access the ports on the back of your computer. When you set it up was it difficult to plug in the mouse, keyboard, and everything else?

I've thought about adding one of these external radiators but it just really seems like it would be in the way.

It fits pretty well, provided the case has the area to mount it. It isn't hard to access the ports at all. I would definitely recommend you do some research on your case beforehand.
