I sat down today to finally start filling in a bar application to take the test in another state. I grabbed my old moral character from the CA bar and figured that it shouldnt take too much time...plus it was all computerized vs. hand writing like I did for the last one.

A few hours later....I am STILL filing the damn thing in. I can understand some questions being different, but honestly this thing is just driving me nuts. It is definitely more nosy than any other bar application i have ever seen. The major problem with it is that some questions are extrodinarily vague while trying to be probative.

I guess I will work on it some more later.

Well. Treat it like court. Answer as little as possible while technicaly answering the question.
Yes or no is the best answer.

When you can get away with it, that is true. But when they ask you things like "Do you live at 123 Xyz Street?", "I do not recall" might not cut it. ;)
