Absolutely not real. If it was that easy to deploy an airbag, ne'er-do-well kids would be doing it all the time.

Airbags are designed to deploy based on info from multiple sensors, and only when the cars deceleration exceeds a minimum limit. Thus, an airbag will not deploy on a non-moving car.
