Blah blah blah...it's a long article. Basically it says females make up 57% of the college campus. Males are dropping out of high school and college more.
I read the whole article and all I could think of was OMG the chances for guys to hook up with a girl just increased with such a bigger pool of women and a smaller population of competing guys. Ugh...does that make me a jerk :| for missing the point? :disa:

There's gotta be some real good colleges for guys out there. Mine was like 80% male, so some college has to make up for that! :)

Well there is Wellesley, the all female college Hilary went to I think. I'm mean I visited a friend there and it was 100% female. I had to close my eyes and knock on the bathroom door and announce my male-ness.

No, that's the first thing I thought of when I read that statistic, too. Undergrad has so little to do with actual education. :)

Was your second thought about how many girl-girl action could be happening or more often? No?...ugh...neither did I :|

Someday men will be staying home and watching the kids when the wives are out working. :D

and how did you "announce your male-ness" exactly?

and how did you "announce your male-ness" exactly?
Step 1 - Drop pants
Step 2 - Twist hips back and forth
Slapping sound indicates positive test results for male-ness.

The sad part is that the 57% is probably an under-representation. I highly doubt that they did DNA tests and let's be honest... there are enough female engineering majors where you really couldn't tell they were actually females.

When I came here to the University of Iowa our freshman class was, I believe, 57% female / 43% male, and the university as a whole was between 53 and 55 percent female.
We also have a larger percentage of women in engineering (and sciences) than most schools. Unfortunately, they seemed to have chose primarily Biomedical or Chemical engineering as there's only 3 girls in my senior level mechanical engineering classes :neartears

On a side note, I would love to have my sugar momma making all the money while I'm at home playing video ga..I mean watching the kids. More women need to go to college in my opinion!

Haha. I just thought of something. The nerd in college who can't get with chicks is now more annoyed to hear that the odds are in his favor and he still can't get with them.

Seriously, you thought my answer might be "No"? You obviously don't know me very well. :)

LOL...so true. Engineering is not exactly a hot bed of girls in skimpy outfits. Glad I ditched Mechanical Engineering for Business/IT in that regard.
