How long should a RMA take?

I mailed a video card back to MSI (three year warranty!) early last week. I'm wondering how long I should expect to wait. Should I nag?

For video card, my past experience is roughly a month but that was before Y2K.

I would expect it to take at minimum 2-3 weeks. Hopefully you wont have to wait more than 4.

Ten days. MSI took only 10 days to get me a replacement card. :thumbup: Microstar.
