I'm trying to connect my Palm to the internet using my GSM cell phone. I subscribe to Pacific Bell wireless and they enabled data connection to make this all work....however before they did this they forgot to mention that I would need an ISP to connect to the internet. Does anyone know of any FREE ISPs I could connect to? I don't need a fast speed (only 9600 kbps is possibly through GSM). But I need to be able to dialup to a place that doesn't require any stupid software like an ad banner or a special dialer.

Any help would be appreciated.

i'm pretty sure that's not going to exist... how else would these free places make money then?

however... i have heard that for netzero.com there is a way to get around it by using the normal dial-up software but using a name and password derived off of the one you use in netzero's dial-up software. how you derive it? some program out there...

You don't have to use a free isp's browser. Just use the dial-up number, user name, and password with your regular browser. NO ADS THIS WAY!
