As a fundraiser, my video game club is hosting a gaming area (XBOXs, Gamecubes, etc) at a big school event on Thursday. I bought bracelets from a criminal ebay (funbythedozens). (I paided Oct 12th, and I got an email stating he will ship tomorrow, Oct 24th!) The event is this Thursday.
Anyway,
I need ideas on how to sell tickets so it is very obvious to the teenagers working the booths at the event, who bought a ticket (and can play) and who didn't.
So far, besides the bracelets, all I have come up with are handstamps.

You could always try those nametag sticker things...they are visible enough and not very expensive.

buy a stamp and mark their hands.
Or find a party shop near you. I bet there's one and I bet they keep those in stock. Also take a look at office depot or staples or a similar office supply shop. They're not that rare.

Good idea. I don't know why I stressed about this. You're most likely exactly right.

Well...I highly doubt people will be forging their stamped hands in order to get into this event. If they do, then they're very sad people.

buy the stamp that has a unique(!) pattern IE: an "S" so that if they try the lick and stick trick it'll come out backwards. We used to do this for keggers in..uhm... it works great! Oh, and don't forget to kill the guy/girl in feedback.

Oh, and don't forget to kill the guy/girl in feedback. The seller averages 30+ negs a month (most for slow shipping.) Bires negative will have limited impact. Too bad.
We can all hope against hope that they show up by Thursday.

you can also just use a black magic marker and make 'C' for Cleared and 'NC' for Not Cleared. Those who are Cleared can play the others, not so much.
Simple and cheap (free?).

You can always super glue something to them.
