Do you know if it this laptop can power on by itself at a particular time through BIOS? I'm looking to convert it into a digital photo frame.

can't say that I know if it has that function or not. But tell you what...I'll give you $20 off (instead of $15) the stated price if you post pictures of the new digital photo frame you make out of my lappy =)

whoa, thats nice for that price. would be nice to put linux on, but your picture frame idea seems much cooler lol!
