I am not looking for the "If you're going to try home brew, do it right with plastic pails..." argument from the homebrew aficionados, but opinions from the first timer looking to make a really small investment to try it out. I don't want to make 5 gallons at a time. I want something easy to try out. If it doesnt smell my house up too much, then i will move on to bigger and better methods.
