I know these come out all the time. I got this one today. I have never had a CitiBank account. When I highlighted it to copy, some Russian writing showed up between the lines. It looks very official.

Speaking of fraud and fake, my friend actually got a call from his "dad" saying that he was kidnapped and needed money for ransom. And my friend was "dead" sure his dad was lying in a coffin in the cemetery...
