buying a projector for a school!!! HELP NEEDED

so this school needs a projector. needs to be 2000+ lumens. they're gonna be using it for school movies and such. Also they're gonna be using it for meetings ie. powerpoint etc etc. SO...pretty much, just movies and powerpoint. What kinds of projector do you guys think is good.

what brands are good?
I'm thinking we need a 1024x768.
it needs to have a lot of inputs for it.
I'm guessing vga, (dvi?), s-vid, component, composite(sp?) pretty much, it needs to be able to hookup a computer...and...dvd player or vhs. stuff like that.
so on ya'll experience, what is a good brand to go for?

I like Epson a lot.

I did a search on ebay and found someone selling an almost new $3500 projector for $1200...they bought a few for a convention demonstration and now didn't need them all.

I normally would hesitate buying such an item via ebay, but I di my search and then sorted by zip code and lucked out finding this one was being sold locally...where I could go check it out, and also not have to worry about the bulb getting damaged in shipmnent...picked it up myself.
