If you're looking for headphones for a cd player/mp3 player/minidisc(yeah!) player, check out the koss porta pro's. They fold up into a little ball and sound GREAT.. as good as sennheiser phones at twice the price. They aren't cheap at $50 though, but you can find then for $40 at http://www.jandr.com HIGHLY reccommended, probably the best open air headphones I've heard.

And if you are looking for some good (non-portable) headphones, I just bought a set of the R-80s at Fry's electronics for $59.99 which is $10 more than what they sell for on the website. - $10 coupon, $39.99 for these phones is an excellent price. They sound great, and they are really powerful. Just my 2 bits... grumble coulda saved $20... grrr... = P
