We are in receipt of your complaint and are aware of your late prize shipment. Many of the prizes have already been sent to our contestants. Others will follow as soon as possible. Despite numerous complaints, our fulfillment partner has failed to meet our deadlines and to deliver all prizes in a timely manner. In addition, many of the prize items are presently on backorder at the manufacturers.
