Not a truely private beach, but there are numerous places along the coast where the roads meet the ocean and there are paths or steps where you can go down to the ocean. These are usually pretty small sections of beaches. This particular one is a little north of Pacific Beach towards La Jolla (but below Wind and Sea). The closest street is Camino de la Costa.
