casino-on-net happy hour - anyone else having problems?

Maybe I've gone to the trough to many times, but I tried to deposit 1/2 hour ago and it is still waiting to clear. This is unlike any past experience at this site. Could it be their servers are swamped? Is it just me? Or is this a devious method of getting your cash but not letting you grab the happy hour bonus, ie the deposit doesn't clear until the hour is over?

Anybody having the same experience?
