This is the cart you see along the waterfront at Seaport Villiage. This time I noticed the little guy in the window who spins his own little tumbler wheel of popcorn.

1.75 for a bottle of water. Its amazing what people will pay for a bottle of water. Ive seen 4 dollars at amuzement parks for the same stuff. Make having a Nalgene bottle worth while.
