FYI.....I didn't see anything in the rules stating it had to be NY, NJ, CT only. I live in Oklahoma and I applied, got the email, and printed the voucher. I'll be test driving tomorrow. Enjoy!!

It's true..on the site it doesn't say anywhere that the test drive has to be done in those states...just says valid in the US...thanks monieluv!
