so what up with that elf of yours? he's been doing an awful lot of scribbling about naughties and niceness and whatnot...

well, i think everyone here is pretty nice so.... i think the naughties he's writing about are from other boards on the net or other areas of the world.
take for example: the two guys in this story are major naughties. unfortunately i don't have their names, but Santa knows..... Santa knows.

a fixture in the mall here at Christmastime is this same lady who is a bell ringer for the Salvation Army. she has this HUGE red kettle for people to put their donations in. one night a couple of weeks ago these two pranksters got it into their heads to jump over this big red donation kettle. one guy didn't make it and landed square on the plastic kettle and smashed it sending change and paper money all over the middle hall of the mall.

i saw an interview on TV with the lady who has presided over this kettle. tears were welling up in her eyes because she was so upset over this. it seems they don't make kettles like that anymore. they only make much smaller ones that are more robbery proof, but she had rang that bell for donations in front of this huge red kettle for like 15 years and it became endearing to her.

the bright side is they did find a company who can custom make a replacement, but at a cost of $3000. people, companies, and organizations are all chipping in to help pay for it.
i have not heard what the guys responsible for smashing the kettle are doing to make up for it, but they damn well better be doing something. :|

so...anyone else know of some naughties?
