Glad it worked out for him. It is usually not too good an idea to fight somebody with a knife if you don't have one as well.

I believe it's the policy of most of these small food markets for the employee to never confront the robber...although if I would have been the guy who worked there and had a black belt I would have done the same thing.

Oh yes, the sad reality is that he will probably try to make even MORE money by suing!!!

But that is classic... wish they had a movie file to watch the entire thing!
