I'm assuming you're looking for the Mac version. :)

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/virtualpc/virtualpc.aspx?pid=virtualpc
(Both are the same product, but obviously both sites have a little different info on it. You might be able to find a demo of it on the MS site; at least I know the site Jcranmer linked to has a demo of it for PCs.)

Is it worth installing on a ibook g4 with 1.3ghz and 512mb ddr ram?? Just trying to run some windows xp apps... will it be slow?? Say if I upgrade the ram to 1 gig, will it help the emulation??

Free Hard Disk Space: 3 GB
RAM: 512 MB

Storage: CD-ROM drive (or connection to a local area network if installing a network)
Peripherals: Mouse or compatible pointing device

I'd upgrade the RAM personally...XP is a hog and will easily eat up ram, in addition to the fact that you're also running OSX the whole time...I think both OS's probably shouldn't be run with anything lower than 256 each (and that's probably not advisable)...so yeah I'd upgrade.
You can probably get some Corsair ram to use in that iBook...I upgraded my work G5 with some Corsair PC3200 ram which was 1/2 the price of Apple's ram...check around (check newegg, etc). :thumb:

YES - if you can dedicate 512MB to XP, that should be fine. Less than that & it'll be pretty slow.

According to Apple, the iBook you have uses PC2700/DDR333 ram; you can get a 512 mb stick of Corsair ValueSelect for $46. (I love Corsair.)

Doh! Sorry about that. I just went to MS and searched the Virtual PC, didn't even read the thing. :banghead:
