Well last weekend I got really sick with a sore throat, and it was super swollen, and sore, and stuff like that. well it is still persisted and I finally went to the doc to see what was wrong with me. Well guess what they don't know what is wrong with me. So they put me on an antibiotic to see if it would help me get better soon. So I am on antibiotics and I have two sick kids as well.
Well the begining of last week the kids got head colds and Gabby's went away over this past weekend, and Cammie's seemed to have gotten a little worse. On Monday Cammie spiked a fever of 103.2 and has kept it since. So I took him to the doctor and he has an upper respertory virus, and roseolla. Yeah fun. No medicine for him, he is on Tylenol around the clock but it doesn't seem to last the full four hours it should around the four hour mark his fever is back up and he is crying, and then I give him more medicine and it takes an hour to kick back in. So I am not getting much sleep which I need too.
Well Gabby is just starting to Wheeze like Cammie is so I would say she is getting the upper respertory virus, and now I am watching her to see if she gets the Roseolla as well.
So with all of us being sick we were suppposed to leave Tomorrow and go to Indy to see BJ family, well we can't risk getting everyone sick. We were supposed to go see BJ's Grandparents and they are old, so they would probaley get these nasty germs we all have and we can't take that kind of risk as well as we were supposed to stay with BJ aunt, and she has a child that is CP and gets sick very easy, so we can't risk staying there and getting him sick. I feel so bad we haven't bee to see any of them since Easter, and we had taken a long weekend to sepnd a lot of time with everyone and now we are all stuck at home. I would have gone if it was all bacteria and we were all on antibiotics but since it is viruses in the kids I can't do anything to keep them from being contagious. This sucks....:mad2: and we don't get our Christmas presents until we make it there as well.
