While not foolproof, you might consider setting up an email filter that looks both in the message title and message body for the words "congratulations" or "winner", and have those messages moved to a new "congratulations" folder.

I did that a few years ago and it has helped separate some winning messages from the spam.

We are trying to find out how we can determine who wins the AUCTIONS because they disappear as soon as they are over and we don't even know if we've won. The auction we did was on Friday afternoon and didn't know we won until yesterday afternoon.
