I have plantar fasciitis and calcanous bone spurs.

No more basketball for me for a while. The rim will be lonely without me dunking on it. Sigh.

my brother wrecked his ankle in a car accident when he was in college and just now bone spurs have come back to haunt him. he is scheduled for surgery.
