You can pre-order The Perfect Storm on DVD from Amazon.com for $14.99, which is kinda surprising... I haven't usually seen prices that good without a coupon or discount or something. Maybe I just haven't been looking, or maybe because it's selling at #1. Ordered this and The Patriot (selling for $20-something), pretty good deal.

Speaking of Amazon, anyone have a clue when the hell Echo's going to pay up? They're really starting to irritate me, and I wasn't even one of the people that got one of their death-threat fraud letters.

I thought it was a great movie, and not just because of Mel's co-star. I saw it twice, pretty cool film. It'll be awesome on DVD too. I've found that I've been buying DVDs recently based on coolness of sound and video rather than actual content lately, which isn't that good ;p
