Logitech Rebates?

There is an up to $30 off for a logitech cam and $70 off $200 worth of products. Unfortunately I'm at work and can't view the details of the rebates cause they're in pdf format.
Can anyone tell if I can use the $30 off for a logitec quickcam and still have the camera count towards the $70 off rebate? Better yet, can someone post the details for both rebates?
