does anyone know what program i need to open a .trn file? i have multiple files that need to be opened but i have no idea what program i need to use to open these files. thank you. something free if thats possible.

Medlin uses a .trn fie extension, they have a free trial

i tried using this program but it wouldn't open the files. These files are summations or live notes. any other suggestions? thanks.
