Wow, I am just shocked. Thirty dollars off my re-placed order, plus a CHECK for thirty dollars. Way to go HP! I guess they know how customer service should be. I dunno about y'all, but I intend on writing them a very nice letter - I mean how many other online sites would do this on such a large scale, and not just with credit to the store, but CASH? Wow, gonna go deposit this puppy into my account to fill the gaping hold (clothing costs so friggin' much these days ;p)
