OK- I take it that there are not a lot of golf fans here so I will spare you more pictures of them for now. This is a jellyyfish at the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla from last week.

Last night I played around with it in Photoshop Elements- just clicking on things and trying them. Like a sound engineer just fiddling with the knobs on the mixing board to see what they do and what comes out. I could not tell anyone how I did it. It did involve a solarization and also an inversion (making a negative image in both colors and light) along with color adjustments and light levels adjustments. The end result looks like one of those false color pictures scientists use to see what the naked eye in the visual spectrum cannot. I made the pictures the same size (800x 600 pixels) but my picture host resized this one quite a bit smaller for some reason.
