There is a photography competition that will be at the Lyceum Theater in Horton Plaza from April 20th through June 4th and this is one of the pictures I decided to enter. It is more towards Photoshop pictures than just basic photography. I submitted four entries and they will let me know by March 9th if they accept any of them. Then I have about a month (which isn't really that much time) to get prints made and have them framed. I will update you as I learn more. Here is a link to the show. http://www.artofphotographyshow.com./ This pic was taken about a month ago at Wind and Sea which is between Pacific Beach and La Jolla. The color was adjusted by pushing the hue all the way to one side on the slider. It looks maybe like from a sci fi movie or something to me.

You have seen the other ones. Here is the second: Waiting For Sunset (now called The Photographer)

Zygo Cactus (see what they think of this for something different)

Mmmm. I can't find the last one. I did a search of Pic of the Day and can't find it. Maybe I didn't show you it yet. Maybe tomorrow. It is what I think may be my best picture.

What's the res. on the full size version of this? I'd love to use it as a desktop... it's almost perfect for a widscreen monitor...

Here is a link to one that is 1179x 630. My hosting service resizes it to that. The original is 2977x 1495.

PM if you want a big one. For some reason this one seems to have a haze around the rocks in the background.

Great picture.

I can host the full size one on my engineering webspace if you want. The university has plenty of bandwidth to use :-)
