oh, you people... everybody dissin the lawyers til they need one. :P there are so few whacked-out court cases... and of the ones that seem whacked out when reduced to a 30second sound byte... most of them turn out to be really freakin legitimate when you learn the whole story. now, unless and until this dude sues, and wins... run along and find some other imaginary problem to b**** about ;)
