Ok, here's my problem.

I have a burned copy of some Dreamcast homebrew stuff that is no longer available; by this I mean I don't have the ISO file on my computer and the ISO is no longer available for download.

I am wondering - can I make an ISO of my burned copy and change the contents of it? Like, adding new files into an existing directory on the disc? For instance - it's an mp3 player. Can I remove the mp3s in the ISO and put new ones in their place?

I'm assuming if anything will let me do it, ISO Buster Pro will (which I have at home); I'm just wondering if anyone's done something like this before.

What you do is copy the ISO from the CD, extract it to a folder. Add the files, recreate the ISO and burn it to the CD. Easy.

Also, i use a REALLY good piece of software called UltraISO. I own a copy for work, but you can probably get by with their demo version.
