Movers...

Today the movers are packing up our stuff for the trip up to DC. It's kinda strange to be sitting around while other people go through your stuff and pack it, especially after I have moved 3 times in the past 3 years and done it ourselves with family or friends.

It makes you feel like you *have* to do something, so I have been going around packing small stuff. It's a pretty odd feeling though.

I know what you mean, you might want to consider standing around and labeling stuff thoroughly so you can find it afterwards. Although since you've moved so frequently i'm sure you're a pro at this already...

They are doing a great job at that already. Too bad their truck took out the gate to our community on the way in. The maintenance dude told them it wouldn't shut and it did! Interesing to see what a full semi will do to a hollow-metal gate.
