Ok as a Dodger fan this sucks, Jeff Weaver jumps ship to the ANgels. But hey, I still get to see my favorite player in action live, and probably more so now. It will be strange seeing the Dream Weaver in red.....but hey.

I wish him luck this season, cause he is going to get torn a new one when the Freeway Series happens.....

You do realize that he is not a very good pitcher right?

To me he is. People have their favorites for various reasons..... Not everyone has to like the huge mega stars or the boys on da Juice. I mean how many people love Gagne? He's one of my favorites, but the Dream Weaver is my personal tops. He played ball in my hometown, meaning he is a Fresno State Alumni. Just cause he is not thee best pitcher in the MLB doesn't mean he can't be my favorite. To me he is the best. And that is all the counts in my book. :)

He has good stuff, but he does have the tendency to be shelled.

:stupid: Lucky for him he won't be in the same division as the Padres anymore. That'll carve a couple of points off his ERA right there ;) :hihi:

He's still got good stuff though. He will probably pitch better on the Angels since the Dodgers franchise is kind of a mess right now.

Congrats Tofuninja.

Yeah both him and Colon... when they give it up... they really give it up! Who knows though... maybe The Dream Weaver can get lucky and pull a Cy Young year. You never know.

He was the best pitcher the Dodgers had last year.

...He will probably pitch better on the Angels...

Remember....Dodger Stadium is EXTREMELY friendly to pitchers while the Big A is not. Add in the DH and the much much much tougher offenses in his division and he'll have his job cut out for him. But being on the Angels does have some advantages. His numbers will probably get a little worse but his win total should get much better.
