View Full Version : Car comparisons & info

Hi guys, we are going to start looking around at cars. Not new. We can't afford that. We need some advice.
We need a website that compares cars, such as interior room, features (like adjustable pedals, steering wheel, auto memory for seats/mirrors/etc, etc.)
If anyone knows cars that have the adjustable pedals, etc, please let me know!
We're going to need to be looking at used cars in the 2000-2001 range (year wise, not price ;) ) to fit in our budget.

i know the 2003-2005 accords have adjustable steering wheels. Not just up and down but they pull out towards you. useful for tall people. Im not sure about adjustable pedals..ive never heard of that.
sounds like someone wants a 7-series...

Someone wants something they can afford. :P lol
Not really looking for prices right now. Mainly just comparisons of features and size (interior, etc) from makes & models. I know I've been to a site that has that but... been awhile and can't remember.
And yeah, adjustable pedals came out years ago. :) I'm really short & um, squat, so I need the extendable pedals if possible. heh
I like MSN Autos (http://autos.msn.com/home/used_research.aspx) for this kind of thing. Plug in a used car and get all kinds of specs - interior volume, etc. Some data is incomplete for older cars though. They don't really have a "comparison" feature, but I'm sure you know how to open multiple tabs. ;)

Jenny - make sure instead of years you're looking for that you choose budget first. This way you don't eliminate some great searches used. Best site once you have some options you're looking for: http://www.autotrader.com/ and do a decent search beyond your zip. If it doesn't get the car you're looking for close by, knowing it's only 30/40/50 miles away at the price you want can be pretty great! Good for negotiations on closer vehicles too. ;)
