Installing a SATA Internal Hard Drive in a Dell 700m? Is there an adapter?

Anyone know anything about installing a SATA hard drive in a Dell 700m? It seems I need to change the adapter/connector but I can't find one for sale. Thoughts.

I had the same problem with the Dell 9300.. I couldnt find an adapter. I had an IDE drive and the Dell 9300 used s-ata. I sold my ide and got the s-ata drive...

I've never heard of an IDE to SATA adapter...

I think you can only use IDE drives in that type of notebook.

They have an IDE to S-ata adpater for desktops... The newer dell notebook and my dell 9300 use S-ata hard drives now

I contacted dell and they claim to have a SATA hard drive connector but the guy hung up on me or we got disconnected before I could order. Around $19 including tax and shipping.

Sounds like that is gonna be your best bet.... I'd call 'em back.
