What's in your car's CD player? If you don't drive or listen to CDs, then what are you listening to on your MP3/IPOD?
My CD Changer has:
1. U2-Boy
2. U2-Vertigo
3. Dave Matthews Band - Stand Up
4. Alanis Morisette - Jagged Little Pill Acoustic
5. Eric Clapton - Journeyman
6. Dead Air - A Father Gilbert Book on CD
It changes regularly. Had the book on CD for a road trip with Mom over the weekend.

Fantastic album. :thumb:
indeed. i'm a huge andrew mcmahon fan. the jack's mannequin album has been the only album that i've been listening to on my ipod. "dark blue" is now one of my favorite songs. still, nothing beats "konstantine" by something corporate, imo.

Clap Your Hands Say Yeah isn't all that great, was just giving it a run through and wasn't really impressed. The rest of the albums are great though.

Only classical music...that's all I own, that's all I carry. I love Beethoven.

Yep, that's a great album as well. Sadly their first CD, Feel Good Lost is not as good.

Y'know, a lot of heavy metal is basically classical-style composition played with electric guitars.

Can't prove it by me...composition may be the same, but the sound surely isn't. :)

Can't prove it by me...composition may be the same, but the sound surely isn't. :)Listen to "Phantom of the Opera" from Iron Maiden's Eponymous first album.
Also, the following artists have all performed or recorded renditions or adaptations of The Flight of the Bumblebee arranged for electric guitar:
The Trans-Siberian Orchestra
Joe Satriani
Yngwie Malmsteen
Dream Theater's John Petrucci
Extreme's Nuno Bettencourt
Jennifer Batten
Troy Stetina

We just drove 6 1/2 hours from San Diego to Phoenix. This is the first long trip where I could use my recently acquired XM Radio....so I didn't have to fiddle with all my (classical) CDs...it was great!!!!

My Zen MicroPhoto decided that it was time to listen to the following albums over the past few days: (for those who don't know, the Creative players have an "Album of the day" feature which randomly picks an album each day to play.
Dragonforce - Inhuman Rampage
Within Temptation - Mother Earth
Cascada - Everytime We Touch
KLF/Timelords - Doctorin' the TARDIS
So yeah, it's doing a good job at random stuff I think.
