Yup.. I've seen that one several times around the web.

Good thing that car never got out of range and took off by itself with nothing to stop it...

on mythbusters, they make RC cars all the time. They have a failsafe that when the car is out of range, it automatically puts on the breaks.

But I'm pretty sure these guys didn't do that. lol

Yes... we use those on regular RC cars as well to switch the throttle back to neutral when out of range.

And like your assessment... I agree that these yahoos probably didn't put one in there. :heh:
