blood pressure reading

do you remember when the last time was that you had your blood pressure taken and what the reading was? i had my taken today and it was 98/56. does that seem low? am i alive?!?! :gle:

mine's always right around that too... i rarely top 90/60. for me, it took twin pregnancy to get it up to around 120/90.

i think it just has to do with being young and in shape. if you don't have any odd symptoms, you're cool. if you're still worried, just down a bag of cheetos and chase it with some kfc and liquor. should put you in a less worrisome spot ;)

That's very low. You're doing great!

I think my last time, I was like 115/75. I'm cool with that...

I used to register 90-110/50-60 all the time. Although now it is up to 135-140/80-85

Usually I am around 130/72.

I'm usually at around 130/85...and that's with hbp meds.

Monday-and it was 110/68..back to normal for me -unlike the previous weekend when it was SUPER HIGH (last reading I remember from the hospital was 180/120..ouch was it high!..I had such a headache.
