I had to leave the job that I enjoyed doing for a year, mostly doing tech support. But I gotz a new job as Sr. Help Desk with a great company! Wish me luck as I embark on this new career path!! W00T!!!

:cheers: Congrats! Will you be doing support locally or across the country? Good luck with that man. Tech support can be a thankless job at times. Just focus on the good and learn as much as you can.

Without being too specific on where I work, let's just say it is mostly internal help support, not end user support (thank god!) But I know what you mean SD!
