TULSA, Okla. -- A Kansas man was arrested at a Tulsa strip club after police said his toddler son was left in a cold car and found wandering into the club.
Christopher Greg Killion, 31, of Sabetha, Kan., was arrested Saturday on a complaint of "encouraging a minor child to be in need of supervision." He posted $500 bond and was released from jail.
The boy told police that his father told him to stay in the car, and that if he left it, "monsters would eat him."
A manager at the club had called police to report that about 30 minutes after Killion entered the club, a 3- to 4-year-old boy came inside looking for his father.
Officers determined that the boy had been left alone in a car in the strip club's parking lot.
The car was unlocked and parked about 20 feet from a four-lane street. It was raining and 45 degrees outside at the time, an officer noted in the police report.

*sigh* it's amazing how many people do stuff like this with their kids... not just drug addicts, but people who are clean, normal taxpayers and ought to know better... i have a friend who has a friend who was pissed off that a cop gave her a ticket for leaving her baby in a closed, locked van... in the middle of summer... while she was by the pool watching her two older kids take swim lessons. :spock: umm, if the baby's too much of a pain at the pool, jsut do what i do... DON'T GO TO THE FREAKIN POOL. i swear, some people just can't see past the tip of their own noses... she's a total power-mommy who had to have the best of everything for her kids... "best" and "everything" being subject to some very skewed interpretations, obviously. "well, of COURSE i had to leave the baby in the car! she'd be screaming if i took her out! and how can my kids NOT take swim lesson?!?!?!"
then she went on the warpath to find out who dared call the cops on her. *sigh*

Wellp, lucky for the kid it wasnt 80 degrees on a sunny hot day.
As far as he goes, he should find a wife & leave the strip club to guys without kids.

Nothing wrong with guys going to strip clubs as long as its at an appropriate time and NOT when they have to do something so stupid as to leave ANYONE sitting in the car waiting for them. Also, if they do have children, they should make sure they still have money for the care and upbringing of the children and not just enough to make their pants dance along with the strippers....:P

I don't get people. If you don't want kids don't have them. I would give anything to bring my baby back. But I would want her well and healthy. I would not want her the way she was. Cause even though I loved her so much she was suffering. See my child was born dead cause of a placenta abruption. The Dr.'s revived her. but unfortunately she was completely brain damaged. She had seizers all the time she had to eat though a g-tube. She was in a lot of pain for 2 years.
But I would still give anything to have her back but pain free. But I read these articles how stupid parents are being with their children. Sometime I just wish they could be in my shoes for a day and maybe they would not take their children for granted.

"encouraging a minor child to be in need of supervision."
Umm, what? Encouraging a minor child to be in need of supervision? So we should encourage the minor to not need supervision? We should not encourage them to need supervision?
That's possibly the weirdest looking complaint I've ever seen.
