Why don't you do something offline, like maybe, I don't know... start a family?

Yeah, two families should take enough of your time to never be on the internet!

You could always enter a yak-shaving competition.
By the way, noting that your avatar is a baseball, you might enjoy the brushback. (http://www.thebrushback.com/)

well he seems ok with being on the internet... just not ok with going to the same 5 sites... So perhaps people could list there 5 favorite, non-GotApex sites, and that way people will have other places to wander to when they have finished their daily 12 hour visit to Apex. :) Personally i do
www.yahoo.com for news, fantasy sports, emails, and such.
http://www.blogmaverick.com/ because i like to laugh at Mark Cuban.
www.ebay.com to look for random cheap houses i can collect.
www.certcities.com to see about becoming an mcse
www.google.com And every day i try and type in something i am interested in in google to see if i can pick up an interesting website to add to my daily adventure in the world of the web. Examples include fractals, laptop picture frames, and mba jobs.
I hope this helps and that other people do the same :)

I completely understand. I get into that rut all the time...so alot of times i'll just go to google and type in a word..and see what comes up..when I'm not doing that I'm doing geneology online.

I'm no Dick Van Patten, so in my case four is enough. Family is started... and done.
Mark, that's a great idea.

listing top 5 sites you go to is a good idea! it points you to what you would not otherwise have known about.
but maybe we can also list 5 things we do to keep ourselves busy.
here's what i do/did:
1) built my own site, which i update daily - keeps me busy. i had my shtick/gimmicks going on in it (such as concert ticket giveaways, site merch, etc). it seems to pick up some mild interest, so im happy. either way, im kept busy.
2) i go to a LOT of concerts (another thing that keeps me offline from sites). but when i get online, i check out the fan forums of the bands/performers i check out. met a lot of nice people there who love the same music im into.
3) pick up a consuming hobby, like a) buying DVDs and watching them ona glorious HDTV, using a b) custom-built HTPC thats been tweaked to no end. Ok, thats 2 things right there rolled into 1.
4) take lots of pictures, and photoshop it to no end, and maybe upload them for a photo gallery for people to see. ok, thats another 3 things rolled into 1.
5) going back to what i did with my site, i started making T-shirt designs, and sometimes just making shirts with stupid silly sayings i find funny. Its fun - people get a kick out of the first shirt i designed.
