I'd imagine that it may be done already, this has been up for a while now... but who knows, as long as you get a positive response from the registration, I'd imagine you'd be in the 2000.

However.... if they said shirt and cap originally, and everyone can pick one, then I'd imagine they have enough to give out to 4,000 since they can only give one per person, but who knows.
